The PJ Business Manager is responsible for managing and developing the portfolio of corporate (PJ) associates, acting in a consultative capacity based on portfolio data analysis to offer financial solutions aligned with the life stage and business needs of associates, fulfilling the commercial agenda and established targets. This role involves prospecting new associates and opportunities, understanding the associate’s industry segment and debt level, conducting visits, and strengthening relationships. It also facilitates the use of digital and self-service channels, provides guidance on products and technologies, monitors delinquency levels, executes preventive and corrective actions, performs registrations and updates, integrates new associates into the Sicredi cooperative system, and—when required—carries out financial transactions, contributing to sustainable results and positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates.
**Responsibilities and duties** **Financial consultant \-** Based on portfolio data, proactively engage associates regarding suitable financial solutions, verifying their relevance to the associate’s current life stage. Support associates in making decisions about financial products and services, develop strategies for sound financial management, and generate positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates.
**Portfolio manager \-** Responsible for administration and development of an associate portfolio predominantly composed of legal entities (PJ), fulfilling the established commercial agenda, presenting appropriate financial solutions tailored to associate needs, marketing products and services aligned with established targets, and supporting strategic planning execution.
**Prospecting \-** Identify new associates and business opportunities by understanding the associate’s industry segment and debt level. Conduct visits aimed at generating new business and strengthening associate relationships.
**Digital specialist \-** Facilitate associate interaction with self-service and digital channels to enhance agility and guide associates toward digital solutions. Provide guidance enabling associates to better utilize available products and technologies.
**Transactional activities \-** Monitor portfolio debt levels and formulate measures to resolve delinquency, avoiding costs and judicial involvement. Perform associate registration and data updates.
**New associate integrator \-** Onboard new associates by explaining Sicredi, answering questions, and fostering engagement with cooperative values.
**Portfolio size recommendation \-** Manage portfolios of micro and small enterprises and mixed portfolios in smaller branches, delivering differentiated and targeted service to the intended audience.
**Financial transactions \-** Carry out (occasionally and as needed) financial transactions including payments, receipts, and transfers.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree (completed): Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* CPRO\-R;
* 2 years’ experience managing client/associate portfolios in financial institutions;
* Familiarity with financial products and services;
* Strong communication skills;
* Associate focus;
* Proficiency with technology;
* Service orientation;
* Cooperative principles.
