Let’s transform the dental market together with us? **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT WILL THIS PERSON DO?** * Proactively prospect leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to identify qualified leads and convert opportunities into meetings; * Develop and maintain a consistently updated and managed lead pipeline, ensuring meetings take place; * Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring only qualified opportunities are passed on to the sales team; * Understand potential customers’ needs and challenges, and clearly articulate how our solution adds value to them; * Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales process; * Properly use our systems and/or other tools to track activities and maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers; * Stay up-to-date on trends in the dental industry and on the features and benefits of our software solution; * Occasionally present departmental metrics during OKR meetings; * Help create OKRs as part of the commercial team; * Document best practices and learnings in our logging tool (Confluence); * Analyze daily metrics to identify improvement opportunities; * Participate in team activities such as immersions, sales coaching, forecast meetings, process creation, training sessions, etc. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?** * Proficiency in Google Sheets; * Prior experience in SaaS software sales; * Customer service experience; * CRM knowledge; * Familiarity with the Google ecosystem, everyday technologies, and general digital tools. **Additional information** **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Beyond working at the coolest and most caring company you’ve ever seen (as our employees say). * VA/VR of R$1000.00 | iFood card – no deduction during vacations; * Remote Work Allowance of R$150.00; * Wellz – mental health/Psychotherapy | At no cost to the employee; * Gympass – physical health/Gyms | Extendable to dependents; * Guapeco – pet health insurance; * English classes | At no cost to the employee; * Unimed health plan | With co-payment; * Coworking daily allowance reimbursement | Available for all Brazilian states; * Extended paternity and maternity leave; * Baby-on-board gift basket for future parents; * Farmasesi pharmacy agreement | Valid only in Santa Catarina (SC); * Sesi Education agreement | Valid only in Santa Catarina (SC); * Birthday day off; * Laptop and monitor shipped directly to you; * R$2000.00 voucher to purchase any additional equipment you may need. * People from diverse locations across Brazil to further strengthen our culture of diversity!
