Structure actions focused on leadership and team development. Support and monitor performance evaluation and individual development cycles. Implement organizational climate initiatives, tracking results and action plans. Lead onboarding programs, training, and behavioral and technical development. Support organizational change processes, contributing to communication and team engagement. Contribute to the creation and review of people management practices and policies. Support leadership in managing and developing teams. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Previous experience in Human and Organizational Development. Experience with culture, climate, performance, and development programs.
