Monitor HR department indicators **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes for positions at various levels; onboard new employees and monitor their probationary period; provide support for People Training and Development programs; monitor departmental HR indicators. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in R\&S, Training and Development; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel.
