Here’s what experience and knowledge you’ll need to accelerate and transform with us: **Responsibilities and duties** We are the team responsible for evolving and governing the company’s Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality in building digital experiences. Our mission is to provide a solid foundation of components, patterns, guidelines, and tools that accelerate product development and deliver a unified experience for customers and employees. **About the opportunity** We seek a senior professional to work on creating, evolving, and governing Mobile Design System components, ensuring standardization, scalability, accessibility, and technical quality of solutions. **Responsibilities** * Develop and evolve reusable React Native components for the Design System. * Define and disseminate architectural standards for mobile applications. * Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure consistency between UI and implementation. * Document components, patterns, and development best practices. * Conduct code reviews and support fellow developers technically through mentoring. **Requirements and qualifications** **React Native** * Experience with React Native. * Proficiency in React 18\+, TypeScript, Hooks, Context API, React Navigation, Redux Toolkit, and Zustand. * Knowledge of scalable mobile application architecture. **Design System** * Experience building and evolving Design Systems. * Knowledge of Atomic Design, Design Tokens, Theming, shared libraries, governance, versioning, and component APIs. **Figma Dev Mode** * Experience extracting technical specifications from Figma. * Knowledge of Variants, Auto Layout, and Design Tokens. * Ability to translate designs into reusable components. **Mobile Performance** * Knowledge of rendering optimization. * Experience with memoization, FlatList, memory management, and performance monitoring. **Accessibility** * Familiarity with WCAG guidelines. * Experience with VoiceOver, TalkBack, appropriate contrast, and developing accessible components. **Testing** * Experience with Jest and React Native Testing Library. * Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation. **Mobile DevOps** * Experience with Fastlane. * Knowledge of CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. * Experience with release distribution and monitoring. **AI applied to development** * Practical experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude to accelerate development and support code quality. **Competencies** * Architectural vision. * Focus on quality and development best practices. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Experience with enterprise-level Design Systems. **Recommended experience** * More than 6 years of mobile development experience. * At least 4 years of experience with React Native. * Proven experience building Design Systems or reusable component libraries. * Experience working in large-scale corporate environments and high-traffic products. **Additional information** **Here, we are human, we are digital, we are Verity!** **Everything we do is rooted in our Fascinating Values**: * Technology: Our passion for technology drives us to modernize and accelerate businesses; * Transparency and Commitment: We are guided by transparency and commitment to delivery; * Human Connection: We are humans who listen empathetically and collaborate across differences; * Experience: We build our reputation by challenging ourselves daily to deliver the best experiences for our clients and employees; This is how we create innovative digital experiences, inspire ownership, and generate outstanding results for our clients — always focused on methodology, technology, and people.
