Coordinate operational teams, assign tasks, and monitor productivity. Monitor production indicators (quantity processed, yield, losses). Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Report results and incidents to management. Must reside in the Vale do Sinos region, Novo Hamburgo, or nearby areas. Starting salary: BRL 7.000,00, inclusive of hazard pay.
