Job Summary: Responsible for construction, structural renovations, finishing work, and general maintenance—including masonry, flooring, and sealing—with support to the maintenance team. Execute small-scale construction projects. Perform maintenance on sidewalks. Carry out masonry, screeding, and plastering work. Install flooring and tiles. Replace damaged stones in the mall. Seal roof leaks. Replace roof tiles. Construct sidewalk ramps for people with disabilities. Provide support to the entire maintenance team. Keep the workplace organized and clean. Previous experience as a Mason’s Helper, Carpenter, Construction Foreman, or Plumber may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
