You will be responsible for creating and developing information security awareness programs, working strategically in collaboration with the internal communications and training teams. No problem—we support **remote/home office work**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Support the execution** of the company’s Information Security Awareness and Culture Program; * **Assist in the creation and writing** of educational content, internal announcements, newsletters, and supporting materials for awareness campaigns; * **Provide logistical and organizational support** for trainings, events, and presentations focused on this topic; * **Monitor and extract reports** from training platforms and phishing simulation tools; * **Interact with employees** to address basic questions regarding security best practices, referring complex cases to senior/junior team members; * **Assist in continuously updating** indicators and metrics spreadsheets for the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in developing and executing information security awareness programs; * Ability to develop educational content, communication campaigns, and training materials; * Knowledge of information security standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI\-DSS, CIS Controls); * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, adapting the approach according to the target audience; **Additional Information** * Full-time schedule of 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday — Saturdays are not compensated); * CLT employment contract. **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a comprehensive solution for managing receivables, payments, invoice advances, and serve over 200,000 customers—including self-employed professionals, microentrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
