Our team is passionate about creating high-impact solutions—and you can be part of it. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site technical support to local users at Levels 1 and 2 for microcomputers, operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS), and networks; * Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of notebooks and microcomputer equipment; * Carry out general system and network configurations to ensure optimal equipment performance; * Manage service tickets via the ITSM tool, ensuring efficient resolution within established deadlines; * Support IT asset management, including control and inventory of equipment, guaranteeing correct allocation and tracking of technology assets; * Collaborate with infrastructure, access management, and security teams to ensure proper operation of systems and equipment; * Maintain active communication with various internal teams, promoting a collaborative environment focused on agile problem resolution; * Propose training sessions and awareness initiatives regarding best practices in information security for company employees; * Knowledge of Microsoft/365 tenant environments; * Uphold the company’s image and maintain confidentiality of information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems (Systems Analysis), Information Security, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of LGPD — Brazil’s General Data Protection Law; * Familiarity with information security standards; * Experience in microcomputer maintenance and support, including notebooks, desktops, tablets, data collectors, and peripherals; * Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and iOS operating systems; networks; Active Directory; DHCP; DNS; File Server; Print Server; IIS; and GPO; * Office 365 support, covering configuration, installation, and troubleshooting; * Familiarity with network configurations, including LANs, Wi-Fi, and VPN; * Experience in IT asset management, including inventory control and preventive maintenance; * Proficiency in using the ITSM tool for incident and service request management; * Strong communication skills across different departments, always seeking optimal technical issue resolution; * Proactivity, strong organizational ability, and commitment to deadlines; * Ability to effectively resolve technical incidents with an end-user focus; * Knowledge of ITIL. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical English; * Process mapping. **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal voucher (VR); * Medical assistance (with co-payment); * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance / Shuttle bus / Mobility assistance; * Totalpass; * Work location: Santana de Parnaíba; * 44-hour workweek.
