We are seeking a **Junior Due Diligence Analyst** to work in **Jundiaí/SP**, under **CLT employment regime**.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct due diligence on project deliveries within the proposed project schedule; additionally, during peak demand periods, source materials, supplies, goods, and services by conducting market inquiries, preparing and monitoring delivery management spreadsheets, and ensuring compliance with the project department’s requirements;
* Monitor the entire flow—from documentation/certifications, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, logistics—to equipment and material delivery, thereby guaranteeing final product quality;
* Inform managers about material deliveries required for projects;
* Interface with the Quality Department to verify all certificates prior to delivery, authorizing delivery or blocking it in case of non-compliance with specifications;
* Register suppliers in the system and conduct performance follow-up;
* Coordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse departments to guide and appropriately handle existing processes;
* Participate in meetings with internal and external clients to best align needs with each type of service, supply, or project;
* Manage logistics for materials and services until their delivery to the company or client;
* Perform follow-up on delivery due diligence, ensuring adherence to deadlines and the quality of contracted goods and services;
* Review project documentation received, clarifying any ambiguities with the project coordination team and requesting supplementary information if missing;
* Request issuance and updating of the Materials and Documents List (schedules, drawings, data sheets, materials lists, PIT, etc.) from the Engineering Department;
* Verify the status of document submission and approval (Schedule, Drawings, Data Sheets, Materials List, Inspection and Test Plan, Painting Procedure, Welding Procedure, Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals, etc.);
* Request the project’s Purchase List, monitoring the procurement progress of raw materials and components required for manufacturing, to perform due diligence on project materials with suppliers where applicable;
* Review receipt/manufacturing schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines established at each process stage;
* Verify segregation of raw materials and components available in inventory designated for the supply under review;
* Verify receipt of purchased materials/components for the supply;
* Monitor actual progress of material supply against project schedules and verify compliance to prevent delays in the established delivery deadline;
* Assess the status of various activities related to third-party manufacturing.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Prior experience in due diligence and supplier monitoring;
* Experience in industrial, engineering, or project-based environments;
* Basic knowledge of project management;
* Fundamental understanding of supply chain;
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
* Knowledge of inspection and quality control processes;
* Willingness to work on-site in Jundiaí, near Thera Park.
