Introduction
We are seeking a Junior Administrative Analyst to join our Maintenance team. This role’s primary mission is to provide efficient administrative support to maintenance activities, ensuring cost control, resource planning, materials management, and data reliability—contributing to operational continuity, reduced downtime, and optimization of departmental processes. You will play a critical role in our business success.
In this position, you will report to the Maintenance Coordinator.
This position is primarily located in Sorocaba/SP.
The team you’ll join
You will join a team composed of engineers, maintenance planners, and supervisors, collaborating closely on administrative support, process organization, and assistance with activity planning.

What you’ll do
Maintenance cost control: monitor expenditures, record and analyze service, spare parts, and contract costs, ensuring budgetary control.
Materials and warehouse management: control requisitions, spare parts consumption, and stock levels, supporting replenishment and preventing shortages.
Planning support (PCM): assist in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, issuing work orders, and managing backlog.
KPI management: update and analyze maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.), supporting decision-making.
Information organization and control: maintain updated records, reports, and technical documentation, ensuring data reliability for the department.
Who you are
Knowledge of maintenance processes, administrative routines, cost control, materials management, and KPIs.
Familiarity with SAP enterprise systems is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields.
Resident of Sorocaba or Votorantim.
