Provide technical support for Lean-related and cost-reduction projects Recruitment and selection company seeking an Industrial Process Analyst in Colombo (Centro). G4RH is a specialized human resources consulting and management firm. We offer customized solutions for process optimization and talent development. **Responsibilities:** Map value streams and identify improvement opportunities in production processes. Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train operators. Conduct time studies, determine production capacities, and balance production lines. Lead Kaizen events, implement lean tools, and promote a continuous improvement culture. Prepare technical drawings, conduct try-outs and tests on machines and fixtures to ensure process efficiency. Develop suppliers and monitor samples for Sample Identification Record (RIA). Provide technical support for Lean-related projects, machinery procurement, and cost reduction. Monitor process risks and report to immediate supervisor to promote change management and implementation of improvements. Close out results, monitor progress, and lead continuous improvement meetings, contributing to sustaining achieved results and promoting a culture of excellence in the workplace. Tasks pertinent to Industrial Process Analyst routines. Position based in Colombo / PR. Previous experience as Process Improvement Specialist, Process Engineer, Process Consultant, or Operational Efficiency Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
