The TecnoSeg Group is a company specialized in security and technology solutions, offering services ranging from consulting to implementation of electronic security systems. **Responsibilities:** Process payroll, including salary calculations, allowances, and statutory charges, as well as employment terminations and termination-related forms. Submit and monitor eSocial events, and verify labor-related statutory charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). Assist in monthly closing, resolution of pending items, and organization of personnel department documents. Provide employee support and monitor labor legislation to ensure process compliance. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
