Strategic involvement in the current training policy Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor the institution's training activities and events; * Conduct Training Needs Assessments with managers; * Act in accordance with the current training policy and institutional calendar; * Contribute to employees' professional development and improvement of organizational climate. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Administration; * Active registration with the respective professional council.
