




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst specializing in Training and Development to structure, organize, and enhance T&D processes, with a passion for developing people. Key Highlights: 1. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and passionate about people development, this opportunity is for you! **Description:** * Support the organization and logistics of internal and external training sessions, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and coordination with vendors; * Contribute to the development, updating, and standardization of instructional materials, presentations, supporting content, and training manuals; * Manage employee registration and tracking across training programs, monitoring attendance, engagement, and feedback; * Maintain up-to-date records of completed trainings, KPIs, and controls, as well as prepare management reports for the Human Resources department; * Lead the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a structured experience aligned with company culture; * Monitor the employee experience throughout their journey; * Conduct exit interviews, supporting analysis of KPIs and opportunities for improvement; * Provide support to employees, clarifying questions related to training, integration, and HR processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in Training and Development, Generalist HR, or related areas; * Experience organizing and managing logistics for in-person and/or online training sessions; * Knowledge of developing and updating training materials (presentations, manuals, supporting content); * Experience with or familiarity with onboarding new employees; * Knowledge of KPI tracking, training recordkeeping, and report generation; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canvas; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
