Job Summary: Full Support Analyst for software, providing remote technical support, assisting junior analysts, performing technical analyses, and resolving installation-related queries. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting junior analysts and sharing technical knowledge 2. Conducting intermediate technical analyses (SQL, logs, configurations) 3. Monitoring customers with recurring difficulties A software company is seeking a Full Support Analyst in Limeira. **Responsibilities:** Providing remote technical support to system users. Assisting junior analysts in incident analysis, sharing technical knowledge and best support practices. Performing intermediate technical analyses using SQL queries, log reading, configuration validation, reproduction testing, and root cause investigation of reported issues. Identifying, analyzing, testing, and resolving questions related to module installation and maintenance. Leading initial analysis of complex requests, documenting technical evidence, impact, reproduction steps, and hypotheses prior to escalation to Product and/or Development teams. Monitoring customers with recurring difficulties, ensuring focused and preventive support. Previous experience as Technical Support Analyst, Customer Support Analyst, IT Support Specialist, or Technical Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
