Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Training Analyst to lead the initial onboarding of new partners, ensuring technical proficiency and autonomy in using the contracted solution. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in training and onboarding of new customers 2. Ensuring technical proficiency and customer autonomy 3. Focus on in-person or online training and clarification of doubts **Position: Customer Training Analyst (Customer Success – Onboarding)** On-site in Birigui 6 hours per day \| 12 PM to 6 PM CLT employment regime We seek a professional to work in the Customer Training and Onboarding area. The main responsibility will be to manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they begin the partnership with technical proficiency, operational clarity, and confidence in using the contracted solution. This position is not focused on ongoing support but rather on designing and delivering strategic training at the time of customer onboarding. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct in-person or online training sessions for new customers * Carry out the initial onboarding process * Ensure understanding of features, processes, and best practices * Confidently clarify technical questions * Record relevant information from each training session * Ensure the customer completes onboarding fully capable of operating independently **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and clarity in explanations * Organization and discipline to follow established processes * Responsibility and professional demeanor * Prior experience in customer service or training * Proficiency with systems and technology **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in implementation or onboarding * Background in technology or service-based companies * Experience with goals and performance metrics If you have a teaching-oriented, organized profile and enjoy instructing others, this opportunity may be right for you. **Interested candidates must send their PDF resume to:** **oportunidade@gigatron.com.br** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
