The **Human Resources Analyst** is responsible for contributing to the company's **people management processes**, directly handling **recruitment and selection, employee follow-up, onboarding, training, and support for internal store needs**, thereby strengthening organizational development and the employee experience. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out recruitment and selection processes; * Conduct candidate interviews and follow-ups; * Support onboarding and integration processes; * Monitor the probationary period and adaptation of new employees; * Assist in training, development, and engagement initiatives; * Provide support for internal people management-related requests; * Contribute to initiatives aimed at organizational climate and talent retention; * Align with leadership teams and monitor store needs. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration**, or **related fields**; * Experience in recruitment and selection or HR routines is desirable; * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Job Offer:** * Salary negotiable; * Day Off; * Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Work Schedule:** Mon–Fri (8:00 AM–6:00 PM, 2-hour lunch break) and Sat (8:00 AM–1:00 PM\) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1\.900,00 per month Work Location: On-site
