The HR&OD Analyst’s mission is to guide the employee journey—from attraction through continuous development. You will serve as the focal point for structuring processes, coaching mentors, and implementing training pathways—ensuring data organization and reliability to support the HR&OD area’s continuous evolution. **Responsibilities and duties** ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * **Recruitment & Selection Evolution:** Continuously optimize the selection process by introducing greater objectivity, clarity, methodologies, and techniques to hiring. * **Talent Pool:** Build and nurture an active talent pool, proactively targeting entry-level positions and critical roles. * **Onboarding & Offboarding:** Review and structure onboarding and offboarding as true end-to-end journeys, empowering and training mentors who support new hires. * **TNA (Training Needs Assessment):** Diagnose and conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across various company departments. * **Learning Pathways:** Design and implement technical and behavioral training and development pathways aligned with business strategy. * **Metrics:** Closely monitor the effectiveness and impact of training pathways within operations. **Requirements and qualifications** ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** #### **Desired knowledge and experience:** * Generalist experience in Human Resources & Organizational Development (HR&OD). * Practical experience managing training and development programs. * Experience leading, structuring, and designing selection processes. * Proven track record in designing processes focused on continuous improvement. #### **Behavioral profile** * **Systems Thinking:** Ability to see the big picture—connecting HR&OD actions to business goals, avoiding isolated interventions. * **Focus on Structuring:** A profile that values documentation, systematization, and process governance (data-driven, not intuition-driven). * **Autonomy and Proactivity:** Anticipate needs and propose solutions, acting with ownership. * **Assertive and Didactic Communication:** Ability to effectively convey knowledge and engage teams. * **Technology Affinity:** Ease adopting new tools and automations in daily work. #### **YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE** * Experience building Corporate Universities or robust, scalable training pipelines. * Proficiency with ATS, LMS, or HRIS tools (e.g., Gupy, Qulture Rocks, etc.). * Technical expertise in HR data organization, analysis, and governance. **Additional information** #### **About us** Intelia was founded with the purpose of elevating companies’ communication experiences throughout the customer service journey.
