Here, your space and growth depend directly on your delivery capability, resilience, and practical alignment with our mission. **Daily Responsibilities** * Use Claude Code, Cursor, and AI tools to develop, test, and refactor code rapidly—while always applying critical judgment and human review. * Analyze already-built tools and features, clarify what is confusing, document what is missing, and plug gaps (Ownership). * Integrate APIs, systems, and databases to scale operations. * Identify manual tasks and propose/create automations that improve efficiency. * Independently investigate bugs, propose solutions, and implement them end-to-end. * Monitor basic metrics to ensure the technical solution resolves the business problem. **Requirements** * Learning Velocity & Execution: Ability to quickly learn new tools, test ideas in practice, and deliver results. * Technical Foundation: Solid programming logic knowledge and hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript. * Tooling: Familiarity with Git, GitHub, terminal usage, and API integrations (REST, n8n, Make, etc.). * Critical Thinking with AI: Use AI to move faster—but never accept model outputs without testing and deeply understanding the code. * Non-negotiable Ownership: Take full ownership of the final outcome. If it breaks, you fix it.
