The Executive Director will be responsible for the strategic, operational, financial, and cultural leadership of the hotel group, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, brand strengthening, operational excellence, and team development. They will serve as the primary liaison between shareholders/board and operations, ensuring alignment among strategic vision, financial performance, and customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * Define and implement the hotel group's strategic plan. * Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, repositioning, and new business ventures. * Participate in feasibility studies, acquisitions, conversions, and development of new properties. * Ensure the brand’s competitive positioning in the market. * Monitor trends in hospitality, tourism, hospitality services, technology, and consumer behavior. * Supervise the operational performance of all group properties. * Ensure standardization of services, processes, quality, and guest experience. * Track operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans. * Ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization without compromising quality. * Support leadership in resolving critical operational challenges. * Guarantee the group’s financial sustainability. * Monitor budget, cash flow, income statement (DRE), EBITDA, GOP, and other financial indicators. * Approve strategic investments and track financial returns. * Develop strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and productivity. * Monitor contracts, strategic negotiations, and investor relations. * Foster a strong organizational culture aligned with the group’s values. * Lead, develop, and inspire directors, general managers, and corporate leaders. * Promote a high-performance, collaborative, results-oriented environment. * Act as sponsor for human capital development and succession planning strategies. * Strengthen employer branding and talent retention. * Participate in defining commercial and marketing strategies. * Monitor sales KPIs, occupancy rate, average daily rate (ADR), RevPAR, and market share. * Build strategic relationships with investors, partners, operators, networks, suppliers, and industry associations. * Represent the group institutionally at events, trade shows, and strategic negotiations. * Ensure compliance with legal, labor, tax, and operational regulations. * Uphold sound corporate governance practices. * Implement management policies, controls, and processes. * Act with ethical, transparent, and business sustainability-oriented vision.**Requirements:** * Willingness to reside in Foz do Iguaçu, PR * Experience as Executive Director of major hotel chains
