Position: Operations Team Leader Key Responsibilities Manage in-house staff and third-party labor during shifts, including work scheduling, task allocation, performance evaluation, and team training; Oversee daily team operations, ensuring sorting and transfer processes are conducted efficiently, systematically, and in compliance with established standards; Analyze and optimize operational and transfer processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and minimize delays; Support leadership in monitoring and controlling operational costs; Ensure adherence to internal procedures, operational targets, and performance indicators; Serve as the liaison between operational teams and management. Mandatory Requirements Experience in logistics, delivery, or related fields; Experience managing operational teams; Experience in Distribution Centers (DC) will be considered an advantage; Availability to work rotating shifts, as required by operational needs; Ability to adapt to dynamic, high-demand environments. Academic Qualifications Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage).
