Support field teams and technical leadership. Record service requests and work orders. **Desired Knowledge** Basic understanding of networks and the internet. Structured cabling. **Advantages** Experience with internet service providers. Technical courses in telecommunications, networking, or IT. NR10 / NR35\. Fiber optics (desirable). Radio frequency (desirable). Basic router configuration. Technical tools and use of laptop/app. Driver's license category B is an advantage.
