Responsibilities and Duties * Provide friendly, clear, and professional customer service, offering guidance on products, functionality, proper usage, and basic care; * Execute technical deliveries, ensuring correct installation, demonstration, and testing of equipment with the customer; * Clarify initial technical questions, ensuring customer satisfaction and correct product usage; * Verify products, accessories, and documentation prior to delivery, ensuring compliance with orders and invoices; * Record customer service and delivery information in accordance with internal procedures; * Identify potential needs for additional support and escalate to the responsible department when necessary; * Maintain organization, preservation, and proper use of equipment and tools under their responsibility.
