Requirements: **About the opportunity** We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong technical expertise to lead an agile development team, focusing on delivery quality, code reviews, and technical support for the team. For the .NET Tech Lead role, it is essential that the candidate has practical mastery of agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum, with solid understanding of the Product Owner’s role and the dynamics of multidisciplinary squads. Experience with code reviews, software development best practices, collaboration with QA teams, and strong knowledge of modern .NET frameworks is expected. Beyond technical skills, the candidate should demonstrate agile project leadership and management capabilities — including demand organization, delivery prioritization, and ensuring alignment between technology and business. The ideal profile serves as a technical reference, promoting code quality, collaborative culture, and continuous team improvement. **Desired profile** Strong interaction with clients and development teams Detailed tracking of project progress Pre\-delivery technical validation before presenting to clients Leadership, persuasion, and negotiation skills Organization, results orientation, and resilience under pressure **Our tech stack** Back\-end: .NET 8, .NET 9 (preview), .NET Framework 4 Front\-end: React (current version) API / Middleware: Node.js Database: SQL Server Others: Git, GitHub, basic CI/CD **Your main responsibilities** Conduct code reviews focused on best practices, security, and performance; Support the team in the technical refinement of requirements; Ensure deliveries are technically sound and thoroughly tested; Guide the team on technical questions related to the used stacks; Act as a technical facilitator, driving continuous improvement in the development process; Work closely with the PO, QA, and other areas to ensure value delivery. **Mandatory requirements** Solid experience as a senior developer, especially with: .NET 6\+ (preferably 8 or 9 preview\) .NET Framework 4 (legacy) React (current version) Node.js SQL Server Experience with Git, version control, and code reviews; Basic CI/CD knowledge (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.); Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Strong communication skills and willingness to provide technical support to the team. **Nice-to-have** Prior experience as a technical reference or technical leader in squads; Knowledge of automated testing (unit and integration tests); Experience with BDD or TDD; Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
