Work on a test framework based on Pytest/BDD We are recruiting **a Python developer (m/f/x)** to strengthen **our Infrastructure as Code team**. **OUTSCALE, a Dassault Systèmes brand**, is a sovereign and sustainable Experience-as-a-Service operator offering trusted technological environments to its customers. We deliver unique experiences through the expertise of our passionate teams — reflected notably in the creation of Business Experience solutions, the development of our own cloud orchestrator, TINA OS, and achieving SecNumCloud qualification. The Infrastructure as Code team within the Infrastructure & Data Centers department at 3DS Outscale is responsible for developing and improving hardware installation automation solutions, as well as collecting and processing data from our infrastructures. You will work closely with other software engineers and the Quality Assurance team within the department to improve our Pytest/Cucumber test framework used to validate end-to-end orchestration workflows. **Your responsibilities** * Maintain and evolve our Pytest/BDD-based test framework (fixtures, plugins, reusable steps, CI/CD tools). * Create generic, reusable steps for QA engineers writing Gherkin scenarios for hardware. * Improve the developer experience: simulations, logs, reports, tagging, documentation. * Add Rust components where beneficial, such as typed SDKs or fast state comparators. * Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline (GitLab CI, Allure/HTML reports). * Collaborate closely with QA teams and other Infrastructure & Data Centers teams. **Technical stack** * Python 3\.13\+ * Pytest, pytest\-bdd (Cucumber, Robot Framework) * SSH * REST APIs * JSON * YAML Kubernetes * Linux * Docker Kafka * Neo4j * Prometheus **Your profile** * You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and have 2 years of post-graduate professional experience in Python (testing, tooling, or backend). * You are curious about tools, languages, and new approaches (Rust, CI, BDD). * You possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building testable, observable, and reliable systems. * You appreciate automation and reject repetitive tasks. **Joining us also means** Becoming part of a scientific company at the heart of technological innovation, driven by strong growth for over 40 years. **Key benefits and perks:** * Multicultural environment * Friendly workplace focused on well-being and health * Commitment to diversity and inclusion * Dynamic career development policy: training plans, internal mobility, etc. **Inclusion statement** ----------------------- As a game\-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
