As a Shipping Clerk, you are responsible for everything entering and leaving the store's shipping department — from merchandise receipt to testing and delivery to the customer. Those who understand that shipping is a fundamental part of the shopping experience. **\#VEMPRASIPO** **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for receiving, delivering, storing, and controlling the store's merchandise inventory, meeting customer demands and complying with company-established standards and procedures. * Receive trucks, inspect carton integrity, scan barcodes, and register receiving invoices (NF) in the system; * Define and apply palletization standards (base layer and top layer), and assign products to locations in GEMCO after verification; * Store and stock products in the shipping area following logistics guidelines and stacking limits, ensuring barcodes remain visible; * Generate discrepancy reports; reject excess deliveries and issue return notes for shortages identified on the NF; * Conduct rotating inventory counts for high-risk items (minimum three times per week); maintain a clean and organized workspace; * Inspect returned items; forward them to ATEIC with RPA, proper documentation, and appropriate packaging as per procedure; * Test all products before delivery to the customer; verify accessories and provide guidance on warranty and exchange policies; * Escort the customer to their vehicle, stamp verification on NFs, and keep the document folder up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of in-store merchandise receiving, verification, and storage routines; * Experience in retail shipping or inventory departments. **You stand out if you have:** * Experience using data collectors and the GEMCO system; * Knowledge of palletization and rotating inventory control; * Experience handling exchanges, returns, and shipments to technical support. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Work location: Colatina/ES city center * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Benefits included in this position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Food allowance * **From 16m² to the heart of Espírito Santo — and beyond.** In 1960, Aristides Sipolatti opened a small 16m² store in Paul, Vila Velha.
