Qualification Skills and experience: **Required:** * Proven experience in **test automation** (e.g., **Selenium**, **Cypress**, **Playwright**, **WebdriverIO**). * API testing (**REST/GraphQL**) (Postman/Insomnia, RestAssured, pact/contract tests). * **CI/CD** practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or equivalents) and version control (**Git**). * Proficiency in **SQL** for data validation and evidence generation. * Experience with **RPA** (e.g., **Power Automate**, **UiPath**) for process automation. * Familiarity with **Salesforce QA** (workflow, data, and security validations) or strong willingness to learn quickly. * Ability to write **clear test cases** and acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin is a plus). * **English** at **intermediate or advanced level** (as required per project and interaction with global teams and clients). **Preferred:** * Experience with **Azure Test Plans**, **Cucumber**, **K6/JMeter** (performance), and security testing (OWASP). * **PowerShell** or **Python/JavaScript** for test utilities and supporting automations. * Observability best practices (logs, tracing, dashboards) and use of monitoring tools. * Knowledge of **RPA Governance** (versioning, auditing, security, scalability). **Desirable certifications:** * **ISTQB** (Foundation/Advanced). * **Microsoft** (AZ-900, PL-900/PL-100/PL-200, or similar). * **Salesforce** (Administrator or Platform App Builder).
