If you love technology, enjoy challenges, and believe in the power of collaboration to achieve outstanding results, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Define and maintain a test strategy (functional, regression, integration, and automation) aligned with the CI/CD pipeline. Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure test coverage and traceability in **Xray** (Jira). Create, review, and optimize automated and manual test cases, ensuring documentation standards and versioning. Support automation framework design and promote quality best practices within squads. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives), providing quality metrics and insights. Support continuous monitoring of quality indicators and test efficiency metrics. Provide technical mentoring to mid-level and junior QAs, fostering technical growth and end-to-end quality mindset. **Requirements and Qualifications** Solid experience as a Senior QA (minimum 5 years in QA, including at least 2 years in test automation). Proficiency in **Xray** (test management and traceability integrated with Jira). Experience in test automation (API and UI) using **Selenium, Cypress, Postman/Newman, or Playwright**. Knowledge of version control (Git) and integration with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar). Technical reading and writing proficiency in **English**.
