And this is only the beginning.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business areas; * Translate customer needs into clear specifications for the development team; * Prepare documents such as user stories, use cases, workflows, and business rules; * Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical areas (business, UX/EP, QA, development); * Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and refine requirements; * Validate requirements and ensure deliverables adhere to the defined scope; * Identify opportunities for process and system improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Requirements Analyst; * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms; * Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation; * Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN is a plus); * Strong communication and stakeholder negotiation skills; * Analytical capability and business acumen; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
