Experian is also proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to affirmative action. **Job Description** ------------------- * Serve as a technical reference in test automation, evolving frameworks and proposing structural code improvements. * Define architecture for new projects, lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), and apply design patterns. * Review code and mentor mid-level and junior engineers. * Plan and execute tests, driving a shift\-left culture. * Lead troubleshooting of complex issues using observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Rancher, AWS CloudWatch). * Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines and Quality Gates. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and influence product quality strategy. **Requirements** * Solid experience in test automation, serving as a technical reference. * Hands-on experience in test planning and execution (types and levels) and shift\-left practices. * Observability and troubleshooting (Datadog, Splunk, Rancher, AWS CloudWatch). * CI/CD and Quality Gates. * Design patterns and coding best practices. * Autonomy, data-driven decision making, and clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Continuous use of AI. * High-scale B2C products. * Static code analysis in pipelines. * Quality conversion metrics and OKRs. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Continuous use of AI. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
