It will also be responsible for Sell-In/Sell-Out analyses, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting local teams. Fluency in Spanish is essential, as the professional will work with teams from various countries in the region. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate administrative process activities across the entire Latin American region. * Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, aiming for efficiency and cost reduction. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures across all operations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Prepare performance reports and analyses for presentation to senior management. * Provide support and training to local teams to ensure compliance and professional development. * Manage relationships with suppliers and strategic partners in the region. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Expertise in process supervision, preferably in multinational environments. * Proficiency in ERP systems and process automation tools. * Advanced Spanish is a mandatory requirement. * Intermediate and/or advanced English will be considered a plus.
