Job Summary: The professional will work in Cybersecurity, focusing on Cyber Resilience and Offensive Security, and will be responsible for monitoring, detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and offensive testing. Join us. \#Together we will transform boundaries into possibilities! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute cybersecurity monitoring, detection, investigation, and incident response activities, operating tools such as SIEM, XDR, DLP, SWG, PAM, and other protective solutions; perform rule tuning, alert handling, and execution of response playbooks. * Manage technical cyber resilience, including environment hardening, cryptographic key management, data protection, network security, forensic investigations, root cause analysis, Purple Team simulations, and implementation of improvements to detection and response processes. * Perform Offensive Security activities, including vulnerability management, supporting or conducting penetration tests, Red Team exercises, and technical assessments of applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and endpoints — coordinating remediation plans with responsible teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. ### **Experience** * Solid experience in Information Security, with proven work in: * Security Operations Center (SOC); * Incident Response; * Vulnerability Management; * Offensive Security (Penetration Testing/Red Team); * Corporate security tool operations. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Operation of security solutions such as: * SIEM; * XDR; * DLP; * SWG; * PAM; * Vulnerability management tools. * Knowledge of: * Security incident response; * Cryptography and key management; * Hardening of operating systems, databases, and containers; * Network security; * Data protection in transit, at rest, and in use; * Penetration testing and Offensive Security methodologies; * Forensic analysis and incident investigation. * Familiarity with financial sector regulations is considered a plus, including: * BCB Resolution No. 85; * CMN Resolution No. 4\.893; * LGPD; * PCI DSS. **Desirable Certifications** ---------------------------- * CompTIA Security\+ * Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) * Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) * Vendor-specific certifications related to solutions used in the environment (Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, CyberArk, Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, among others). **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. * Technical autonomy in managing complex tasks. * Investigative mindset oriented toward problem resolution. * Organization and risk-based prioritization skills. * Clear and objective technical communication. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity in continuously improving processes and controls. * Resilience and capability to operate under pressure during critical incidents. * Commitment to quality, security, and regulatory compliance. **Differentiators** ---------------- * Experience in the financial sector or institutions regulated by the Central Bank. * Experience in hybrid environments (on\-premises and Cloud). * Participation in Purple Team, Red Team, or Threat Hunting exercises. * Knowledge of frameworks such as MITRE ATT\&CK, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls. * Experience developing and evolving incident response playbooks. **Work Conditions** ------------------------- * Direct reporting to the Information Security Manager. * Predominantly hands-on technical role. * On-call duty for critical incident response when required. * Integrated collaboration with Infrastructure, Cloud, Development, Security Governance, Risk Management, and Business Continuity teams. * **Work model:** Hybrid: 4 days/week at Av.
