Serve as a reference for organizational culture and propose HR improvements The company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst in Várzea Grande. **Responsibilities:** Conduct full recruitment processes, including resume screening, competency-based interviews, and test administration. Perform new employee onboarding and monitor their performance during the first 90 days. Execute HR department processes such as hiring, termination, vacation control, and electronic timekeeping. Monitor leaves of absence, medical certificates, and other labor routines, ensuring legal compliance. Act as the liaison between the company and the accounting firm regarding payroll matters. Serve as a reference for organizational culture, communicating internal policies and supporting managers in conflict resolution. Support employees, draft internal announcements, and assist in performance evaluation processes. Propose and implement continuous improvements to HR processes.
