Support and maintain applications in production environments Senior Genesys Cloud Developer We seek a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer with solid experience in Genesys Cloud projects to design technical solutions and execute end-to-end customer service solutions. This is a strategic role requiring strong technical expertise, project leadership, and direct client interaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead requirement mapping and scope definition for projects with clients; * Activate and configure organizations, divisions, queues, permissions, and users in Genesys Cloud; * Develop complex IVRs using Genesys Cloud Architect; * Create, customize, and optimize screen scripts, customer service workflows, and integrations; * Build solutions consuming APIs, Webhooks, and integrating with legacy systems; * Administer and optimize modules such as WFM, Speech Analytics, campaigns, and dialer; * Conduct QA, internal and client homologations, and deployments when required; * Support and maintain applications in production environments; * Deliver technical and functional training to clients and internal teams; * Present technical solutions to stakeholders and business units; * Draft and validate functional and technical specifications. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in end-to-end contact center platform implementations; * Solid knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system architecture; * Practical and proven experience in Genesys Cloud projects; * Collaborative profile with the ability to provide technical project leadership; * Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal departments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cloud environments; * Experience in CX, Contact Center, and Omnichannel projects; * Knowledge of LGPD and security best practices; * Genesys Cloud certifications.
