We seek a Senior Developer with a DevSecOps focus, experienced in processes, tools, and automations for the mobile application development and delivery lifecycle—especially in native and Flutter contexts. This person will play a pivotal role in evolving continuous integration and delivery pipelines, build automation, release governance, security across the development lifecycle, secret management, application signing, and definition of quality gates. Close collaboration with development, quality assurance, security, and architecture teams will also be essential to establish a safer, more efficient, and scalable engineering workflow for App Vivo. We seek someone with practical engineering vision, strong cross-team articulation skills, and technical breadth to operate at the intersection of development, automation, security, and mobile application operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Evolve and maintain DevSecOps practices for the App Vivo development and delivery lifecycle, with emphasis on native and Flutter mobile applications. * Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, signing, distributing, and promoting versions across internal environments and app stores. * Define and implement quality and security gates throughout the pipeline—including automated validations, secret protection, code analysis, and release policies. * Manage versioning governance, artifacts, permissions, certificates, keys, and app publishing processes. * Collaborate closely with mobile development, QA, security, and architecture teams to ensure operational fluidity and delivery quality. * Support the evolution of observability, traceability, and technical monitoring practices related to app build, release, and operations. * Contribute to technical documentation, process standardization, and dissemination of engineering best practices within the App Vivo Platform team. * Provide consultative support in resolving complex pipeline, publishing, integration, and security issues across the mobile ecosystem. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EXPECTED EXPERIENCE** -------------------------- * Solid experience applying DevSecOps practices to mobile application development. * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS, Android, and/or Flutter applications. * Practical knowledge of build automation, application signing, certificate management, version distribution, and app store publishing. * Experience implementing security controls across the development lifecycle—including secret management, automated validations, quality gates, and release flow reviews. * Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and reliability-support tools and practices for mobile applications. * Experience in collaborative environments with multiple technical teams, supporting standardization and engineering maturity growth. **DESIRABLE DIFFERENTIATORS** -------------------------- * Prior experience developing or maintaining Flutter apps. * Knowledge of native mobile development ecosystems—including iOS and Android specifics for build, release, and distribution. * Experience with frontend and backend ecosystem tools and practices, contributing to an integrated view of the development chain. * Experience with technical observability, application monitoring, telemetry, and production failure analysis. * Participation in defining standards, technical documentation, and engineering process evolution within platform or technical enablement teams. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
