CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES INHERENT TO DEVELOPMENT, SUCH AS ANALYSIS AND DESIGN, PROGRAMMING, TESTING, AND REQUIREMENTS. MANAGE YOUR OWN WORK BY PROMPTLY SIGNALING TO THE TEAM ANY POTENTIAL DELAYS OR OTHER IMPEDIMENTS. DUTIES: Ensure Scrum is understood, implemented, and promoted across the organization; facilitate mapping and proposing process improvements in Scrum application across development teams; collaborate in analyzing and documenting customer business needs while proposing business solutions that best meet those needs; assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog; ensure Scrum events are conducted and their objectives achieved; support the Scrum Team in removing impediments; assist the team in self-organization by suggesting techniques and facilitating both processes and people.
