Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Mapping and Consulting:** Lead *discovery* meetings to translate business pains into solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem; * **Declarative Configuration:** Get hands-on to create fields, flows (Flows), and layouts, while maintaining awareness of how these will be tested later; * **Acceptance Scenario Design:** Instead of merely testing, you will design the **business testing strategy**, defining what constitutes a "zero-defect" delivery; * **UAT Facilitation:** Lead User Acceptance Testing, translating stakeholder feedback to the development team; * **Functional Sign-off:** Validate whether complex business rules are respected in each sprint; * **Process Perspective:** Understand the impact of a change in "Sales Cloud" on billing or post-sales processes; * **QA Mindset:** Natural ability to identify "edge cases" (scenarios where users may make errors or the system may fail); * **User Story Writing:** Ability to write requirements while already considering "How will we validate this?". **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a **Business Analyst (BA)** or **Salesforce Functional Consultant**; * Proficiency with ticket management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) for bug and enhancement tracking; * Familiarity with **User Experience (UX)** tailored for Salesforce (Lightning Experience); * *Salesforce Administrator* certification is highly recommended.
