**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. If required, 07:00 to 17:00\. FRIDAY UNTIL 4 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a committed, proactive professional with a strong sense of operational responsibility to install, maintain, and provide technical support for air conditioning systems. We seek someone with a professional demeanor on-site, strong problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills—ensuring technical quality, organization, and credibility with clients. The professional will work directly on construction sites and maintenance contracts, playing a key role in service execution, operational organization, and technical support to field teams. Main Responsibilities * Install split, floor-ceiling, and cassette (K7\) air conditioning units; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment; * Conduct leak-tightness tests, vacuuming, pressurization, and refrigerant recharge; * Diagnose technical faults and propose quick, safe, and efficient solutions; * Perform equipment hygiene with extreme care for the client’s environment; * Ensure site protection during services, maintaining organization and respect for property; * Maintain clear and professional communication with clients; * Organize tools, materials, and necessary equipment; * Support operational logistics for construction sites and external services; * Guarantee finishing standards, aesthetics, and quality in service execution. **Requirements:** Desired Technical Competencies * Solid experience in corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment; * Advanced capability to diagnose and resolve technical faults; * Practical experience analyzing operational symptoms such as low performance, freezing, leaks, abnormal noises, communication failures, and drainage issues; * Analytical and resourceful technical profile, with autonomy to find efficient on-site solutions; * Ability to identify root causes, avoiding rework and temporary fixes; * Technical safety to validate system operation and instill client confidence. Expected Technical Knowledge * Advanced knowledge of manifold use and system pressure interpretation; * Capability to analyze superheat and subcooling for equipment diagnosis and validation; * Technical understanding of pressurization dynamics, leak-tightness testing, and their impact on system reliability; * Practical knowledge of vacuuming and dehydration processes for refrigerant lines; * Basic knowledge of electronic boards, electrical controls, and interpretation of electronic faults; * Ability to diagnose issues in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and refrigeration components; * Practical experience identifying faults in compressors, fans, sensors, valves, boards, communication, drainage, and refrigeration circuits; * Ability to use measuring instruments and interpret operational signals for sound technical decision-making; * Fundamentals of electrical systems applied to air conditioning; * Ability to read floor plans and technical instructions.
