RESPONSIBILITIES Perform recruitment and selection activities, assess staffing needs across departments, identify candidate profiles, and select candidates to meet the Company's requirements; Conduct candidate prospecting through announcements via sound trucks, printed flyers, newspapers, electronic brochures, etc.; Perform active searches in databases, employment agencies, universities, specialized websites, etc.; Manage selection processes, conduct screening, interviews, map candidate profiles matching the requirements, and accompany candidates throughout the internal selection workflow, practical tests, kinetic assessments, and selection committees; Prior experience with selection processes for operational and administrative positions is desirable. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or related fields; Experience in Recruitment and Selection; Residence in Santa Fé de Goiás \- GO; Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month; Benefits: * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; Work location: On-site
