Responsible for reception and initial customer service, data management and process control, with focus on empathy and commercial attitude. Organize the environment and manage test\-drives, ensuring efficiency and quality in the customer experience. Greet customers courteously and professionally, delivering welcoming and personalized first contact; register and update customer information (name, contact, and source), ensuring database quality and organization; direct customers to sales consultants, accompany them to the waiting area, and notify management in case of service delays; handle phone calls promptly, identify needs, and route them correctly to responsible departments; manage spreadsheets, customer flow, appointments, test\-drives, and delivery schedules, keeping data always up to date; ensure organization, cleanliness, and replenishment of amenities, contributing to a positive environment experience; support the team in customer communications, agenda organization, and administrative routines for cashier and reception. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; Customer service experience; Training: Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint).
