If you are seeking an opportunity to accelerate your career, learn about the aluminum packaging production process, and work in a challenging, innovative, and development-oriented environment, this could be your next step. **Join our team! \#VemPraLata \#VemSerCrown** Responsibilities and Duties In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the production process, acting with precision, organization, and focus on established standards, performing activities such as: * Monitoring the production process, collecting samples, and conducting tests according to the inspection plan; * Recording results in quality systems and spreadsheets; * Evaluating product conformity against technical specifications and internal quality procedures; * Monitoring food safety requirements; * Controlling and maintaining measurement instruments; * Documenting shift occurrences and supporting communication between shifts; * Maintaining laboratory and workstation organization and cleanliness; * Monitoring and supporting activities related to labels, colors, and printing plates, ensuring standards approved by customers. Requirements and Qualifications We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused individual. We value those who work responsibly, efficiently, and attentively to process routines. **To apply, you must have:** * Completed high school; * Prior industrial experience; * Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality tools; * Availability to work rotating shifts; **It is a plus if you have:** * A technical degree in a relevant field.
