Job Summary: We are seeking a QA/Testing professional to act as a technical reference, plan and execute tests, define quality metrics, and promote a testing culture across the organization. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields; \+5 years of experience in QA/Testing or leading testing teams; Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Solid experience in test automation using tools such as Playwright, K6, JMeter, or BlazeMeter; Proven ability to stress-test system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements; Knowledge of Software Architecture, Cloud, Web Services, and relational and non-relational databases; Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments; Experience with infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AKS; Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C\#, etc.); Basic English for technical reading and writing. **Preferred Qualifications:** CTFL or higher certification; Knowledge of Agile Testing; Best practices for web application deployment; Intermediate English and/or Spanish. **Key Challenges:** Act as a technical reference in quality, promoting a testing culture across the organization; Plan and execute manual and automated tests focused on functional and non-functional requirements, especially those related to performance and scalability; Define and monitor quality metrics, driving continuous improvement; Identify opportunities for QA process automation and optimization; Participate in technical discussions and strategic decisions regarding testing tools and frameworks; Stress-test the system under critical scenarios, simulating high load and extreme usage to ensure robustness and stability; Automate test scenarios and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines; Document bug evidence, support prioritization, and track fixes; Mentor team members on software quality best practices; Work with a focus on innovation, continuous learning, and a data-driven culture.
