DETAILED DESCRIPTION Assist in researching new suppliers of diverse products and services, Provide support during negotiations with suppliers, seeking optimal conditions regarding price, quality, payment terms, and delivery/freight schedules. Monitor purchase requisitions through daily follow-ups to maintain visibility into production progress and ensure adherence to established delivery deadlines; Maintain communication with internal departments to clarify doubts regarding purchase requests, in accordance with internal procedures; Keep the workplace organized and clean. Prepare purchase orders, spreadsheets, and reports. Generate information for responsible departments regarding purchase orders vs. invoices (NF). WORK LOCATION Primarily an indoor work environment; PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Competencies / Experience Bachelor's degree or technologist qualification (Administration or related fields) 1 year of experience (in administrative roles); Computer literacy (MS Office).
