And this is only the beginning.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring (end\-to\-end); * Ensure delivery timelines, scope, budget, and quality; * Act as the focal point between stakeholders, technical teams, and business areas; * Define project schedules, milestones, and action plans; * Manage risks, blockers, and scope changes; * Conduct monitoring meetings (status reports, dailies, checkpoints); * Monitor and guide the team (dev, QA, UX/EP, BI, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle; * Ensure proper backlog prioritization together with stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Project Leader, Project Manager, or Scrum Master; * Experience with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar; * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams; * Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills; * Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach; * Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
