Build an innovative portfolio aligned with the brand Our client is a textile company located in Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP), seeking a creative professional attuned to market trends to work on product development for its home decoration line. We seek someone passionate about innovation and textile product development, combining aesthetic sensitivity, market insight, and the ability to transform ideas into competitive products, contributing to the evolution of the company’s portfolio. Description: Develop prints and textile home decoration products. The professional will be responsible for transforming creative briefs into tangible products, overseeing the entire process from print creation to final product, ensuring quality, color fidelity (Pantone), and aesthetic excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and oversee the creation of textile home decoration products, such as cushions, curtains, throws, tablecloths, and decorative items; * Research and analyze design, color, material, and consumer behavior trends; * Propose new collections and improvements to existing products; * Work on concept development, prints, fabric combinations, and finishes; * Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure technical feasibility and product competitiveness; * Monitor sample development, testing, and prototyping (printing, calendering, sewing, and pilot production); * Contribute to building an innovative portfolio aligned with the brand’s positioning; * Complete technical specification sheets and pre\-registrations; Profile We Seek * A creative, curious, analytical, organized, proactive, and trend\-aware professional in home decoration and design; * Ability to transform references and inspirations into commercially viable products; * Organizational skills to manage projects and track development stages; * Aesthetic vision combined with market understanding and consumer behavior insight; Requirements * Prior experience in developing textile products for home decoration; * Experience with products such as cushions, curtains, throws, tablecloths, or similar items; * Knowledge of design, color, fabric, and finishing trends; * A degree in Product Design, Textile Design, Fashion, Interior Design, or related fields is considered a plus. Proficiency in creative and design tools, including: * Adobe Illustrator; * Adobe Photoshop; * InDesign; * CorelDRAW (a plus); * AI tools; * Experience in print and pattern design, and visual product development; Work Location: Santa Bárbara d’Oeste – SP.
