We operate on projects in over **14 countries**, including: Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, Sweden, South Korea, Mozambique, Guatemala, Argentina, Chile, Peru, among others. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a member of the technology team for the Platforms Health \& Benefits area in Brazil, you will develop and maintain systems that enhance the speed, reliability, and security of Willis Towers Watson's operations in Brazil and Latin America. Your daily responsibilities will include not only developing and maintaining systems using the Visual Studio platform and the C\# language, but also direct interaction with our health and life insurance operations team, as well as direct contact with other Latin American countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, among others. This will allow you to develop your technical, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills every day. We seek dynamic, resilient, assertive, and committed professionals who are eager to transform our operations using their technical expertise, teamwork, quality focus, delivery orientation, customer-centric mindset, organizational skills, and proactive approach toward their responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Technical Skills:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Access * Experience developing systems with .NET Framework and Visual Studio * Experience with programming languages C\# and VB.NET * Experience with SQL databases **Desirable Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of web-oriented programming, e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, REST, JSON * Understanding of the HTTP protocol, including verbs GET, PUT, POST, headers, requests, responses, and encodings * Familiarity with code repositories and version control systems GIT and TFS * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) **Differentiators:** * Reading, writing, and/or speaking proficiency in English and/or Spanish * Microsoft certifications related to the technologies involved **Additional Information** * Work Model: Hybrid — In some cases, office attendance will be required, particularly when remote work is unavailable (e.g., internet or power outages), as well as for meetings and team gatherings.
