Technical support for production and welding The company is seeking a Mechanical Designer in Nova Odessa. Aligi Recursos Humanos is a company specialized in people management solutions. It offers services such as recruitment, selection, and talent development. **Responsibilities:** Develop mechanical projects in 3D and 2D using SolidWorks, focused on metal structures, machines, equipment, fixtures, and welded assemblies. Prepare manufacturing and assembly drawings with detailed specifications for laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, and mechanical assembly. Specify metallic materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) based on application requirements and cost considerations. Develop and review bills of materials (BOM) and technical specifications. Perform modifications and improvements to existing projects to reduce costs, enhance performance, and facilitate manufacturability. Support factory-floor manufacturing by providing technical assistance to production and welding teams. Ensure projects comply with applicable metallurgical technical, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and supplier departments. Support equipment and structural testing, validation, and commissioning. Maintain organized and up-to-date technical project documentation.
