Join us in embracing the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, medical exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Collect relevant data, such as financial information, operational statistics, and performance reports. * Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. * Conduct statistical analyses when necessary. * Participate in developing the organization’s strategic and tactical plans. * Assist in defining measurable goals and objectives. * Support the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. * Monitor performance against budget and identify variances. * Track expenses and operational costs. * Identify areas of waste and propose corrective measures. * Prepare regular performance reports and analyses for senior management and stakeholders. * Communicate information clearly and concisely. * Plan and monitor projects. * Ensure projects remain within scope and budget. * Guarantee the quality and accuracy of data used in analyses. * Implement data quality controls when necessary. * Provide recommendations for improvements based on performance analyses. * Collaborate with teams to implement solutions. * Ensure organizational compliance with financial regulations and applicable standards. * Develop forecasting and projection models to support decision-making. * Use tools such as spreadsheets and analytics software. * Deliver information and analyses to assist senior management in making strategic decisions. Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to share information and insights. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel; * BI tools, ERP systems; * Experience in project management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance; * Communication skills to interact with technical teams, colleagues, and leadership; * Experience developing and building medium-complexity dashboards and analytics, including scenarios and automation; * Ability to manage operational and strategic KPIs; * Knowledge of operations planning and control, resource optimization, and efficiency. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus. * MBA in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
