Job Summary: We are seeking a QA professional to perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing, with a focus on software quality and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and collaboration within agile squads. **Description:** ---------------- **Hard Skills** * Practical experience with manual functional testing (functional, regression, and exploratory) * Creation and execution of test cases based on requirements and user stories * Ability to read and interpret requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Bug reporting, documentation, and tracking until resolution * Validation of business rules in system functionalities * Testing and validation of integrations between modules and APIs * API testing using tools such as Postman or similar * Basic SQL knowledge for data queries and validation * Use of task and bug management tools such as Jira or similar * Support in creating and maintaining quality documentation (test plans, checklists, and reports) **Technical Differentiators** * Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, or cross-platform integrations * Knowledge of Brazilian public procurement processes, PNCP, or other public sector procedures * Interest in or experience with test automation * Courses or certifications in Software Quality (e.g., ISTQB, specialized courses, etc.) **Requirements:** ----------------- **Soft Skills** * Organization and attention to detail * Autonomy to carry out tasks with minimal supervision * Clear and structured communication for reporting issues and bugs * Proactive attitude in identifying risks and improvements * Investigative curiosity to understand system behavior * Ability to question workflows and identify potential flaws * Teamwork and collaboration within agile squads * Ease of working remotely and communicating asynchronously * Adaptability in dynamic environments with shifting priorities * Genuine interest in building a career in software quality
